My sales representative, the sales manager, and the finance guru at Day Toyota were all very respectful toward me. I came in better informed about my purchase than I think they expected me to--and for that reason they might have not read me as a serious buyer at first--but in the end, I chose Day Toyota because I appreciated their courteous and helpful service.
Sam Iovino and Vic Olive are exceptional salesmen. I first made a purchase with them in 2006. Since then my husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from these gentlemen. Why so many? We have upgraded over the years to fit our growing family. Not only are they wonderful with lady buyers but they are wonderful with my children. May I add that I am a tough customer. If anyone holds Monroeville Chrysler Jeep to a high standard it's me. Vic's NO PROBLEM customer service relationship with our family has always been top notch. Give these guys a try...they don't disappoint!
This was by far THE BEST experience in car buying I've ever had. My salesman, Rick, was so much fun and attentive. He let me test drive every car I wanted to. He even suggested cars that fit my specifications when I was uncertain as to what to look for. He helped me narrow down my selections until a final decision was made. He didn't base our selection on cost either. He truly was motivated by my happiness with the vehicle and my plan for my budget. He fit my car buying into a time frame that met my needs even when it may have been an inconvenience to him.

Kevin took a lot of time to make sure this was the right fit for the situation. He took initiative in seeking out solutions that were not thought of previously.
