Clay was early to our home inspection, and took great care to inspect all aspects of the home, teaching us and patiently answering questions along the way. His recommendations are very helpful, and it is clear that he is an expert in home inspection. Clay also was creative in inspecting some difficult-to-access areas of the home. Excellent home inspection service! My wife and I hired Matthew a few weeks ago to inspect my new home. Our realtor gave us a list of 3 inspectors but suggested Matthew specifically. Top notch service, very easy to read and understand inspection report (received only an hour after the inspection, too!), and we were able to get several big ticket items repaired (paid for by the seller) due to things Matthew found. Peach inspections was recommended to me by my realtor, and Dan (the inspector) did a great job! He took over 100 pictures of all the details of the house, explained everything, and even gave it to me in a typed report (with pictures) the DAY of the inspection. He also emailed me a copy as well.
