As stated, I don't frequent the dry cleaners, so I am no expert, but every time I go to Panda Cleaners I have been happy. I have taken coats, bed comforters, and band uniforms there and even took my wedding dress there 20 years ago; I have never had a complaint. The guy at the counter is very pleasant and accommodating and I feel the prices are competitive.
