Closeness to all kinds of shopping, solidity of construction, the immaculateness of the grounds & the fast response to any kinds of problems were icing. The apts are run by two very pleasant & sympathetic mgrs. The apts felt very safe & neighbors were friendly & quiet. It was a very pleasant place to live. Pricing was close to what much busier (10-story bldgs!) or scarier places in town wanted. Utility costs were low. What more do you want?

Tidwell Realty, was so nice to me and my fiancé. We are getting married next month. Matt & I needed to find our 1st home. We were really nervous about buying. I called several real estate offices, but it seemed nobody wanted to work with us, they never called us back. Maybe because we were not buying some million dollar home. Love our new Heartland Home! It was a process but totally worth it in the end. I would build again with this company when we are ready to upgrade as our family grows. It was nice to know that when we had an issue the President of the company met with us & helped resolve our issue. What other company would give you that attention!
