Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we worked through the design and estimating process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team needed to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list was Dec 23. The bulk of the work was completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept coming back until everything was right per his opinion which more detailed than ours.
