**Update 10/31/2017** The company reached out to me and did a very good job resolving the problem. They even went so far as to do my initial cut for free, even though it was quite overgrown. The man that came out and did my yard did a great job. He was professional, pleasant to talk to, and answered all my questions. I am happy to keep using this company, and hope that I can get this particular man as often as possible. They did not show up the day they were scheduled to come. We had a small leak on the pressure side of our sprinkler system which resulted in flooding near a large oak tree. During the initial no cost visit (the only company who would do this out of the 5 that I called), I was shown where my shut off valve and back flow preventer was (it had been buried for years) so we could temporarily shut down the leak. That was worth the visit right there. I was given a firm quote on the spot along with a description of how the piping would be re-routed around the roots of the oak tree which had caused the cracked pipe.
