I have found Jim to be a very thorough inspector. He was meticulous during the approximately 5 hr inspection of our new 4100 square feet 2 story house. Jim tested all the different systems to ensure they were in working order. Jim took the time to explain every issue he found and then wrote a comprehensive report with pictures and associated repairs as well as recommended additional follow-up next steps.
