PC Repair in Bellevue

I finally found a place that knows what their doing. Forget Geek Squad and the rest take your computers and cell phones here for repair. The free diagnostic is reason enough and that saved me serious loot.

Picked up my MacBook Pro yesterday. It was a complex problem that completely stymied the Geniuses at the Apple Store. We went back and forth over and over, and finally they wanted to switch me into a new one, for quite a bit of money. A friend suggested the MAC GUY. The first repair we changed out the DVD cable which seemed to fix it, but a week later I couldn't watch my movie, so I went back and we replaced the drive, that was two months ago, and its worked great since. Nonetheless, I took it back to the Mac Guy on Tues. since he had suggested that I come back and we would trade out the old cable just to be sure whether or not it continued to work, and so we put back the old...

I had two laptops diagnosed in Seattle as having bad motherboards. 3 months later I took them to Northwest Computers in Bremerton and I was informed that I just had a broken jack on my motherboard and it would cost $75.00 to fix. The other one was a bad motherboard but I was shown that it had never been taken apart even though I paid for a diagnostic. Any way now I have one fixed for a very fair price.

Just wanted to say how refreshing it is to find a company that lives up to expectations, arriving when expected, doing the job for the price quoted, and the follow up call to make sure my printer was ok. We will use again.
