A Blessing for Pet Owners
I have used Pet Haven's cremation service several times. My family collects cats, and over time sadly we lose them. I also took my father-in-law's cat there. I have always been impressed by the kindness and empathy shown me. I've needed to make appointments before work, in the evening, and during the day, and have always been graciously accomodated. Pet Haven is a blessing for pet owners who want treat their pets with dignity at the end. We keep the cremains so we'll never have to leave our pets behind when we move.

I think they may have remodeled or changed something since some of these other reviews came in. I didn't see anything at all like they were describing! We went to Positive Approach because our vet recommended it. They had our dog, Bubba come in for a Meet-n-Greet to see how he would do. He was a bit nervous at first so they did what they call Small Play Groups to get his confidence up. We came in twice for 30 minute play sessions where they brought different dogs that were his speed over to a seperate area for him to play. After he was comfortable, they brought over dogs that were more rambuncous. He warmed up to them right away! After two visits, he started going to daycare for full days....
