I love this little farm. It has been great for me and my horses. I come and go at times because I have some property, but sometimes it's not enough, or my grass is gone and I don't have a covered arena to ride in. They have the option to turn your horse out all year, they have people living on site (but not necessarily working at the barn), they have a covered place to ride all year, they even have a few stalls with runs attached (those are almost always full and I have never had one). They even have a BBQ each year to celebrate the owners birthday. It is so cool. If you are looking for a fun place to board, with really inexpensive pricing, minutes from the freeway but still in the country,...
Great place to board
Horses are well taken care of daily. Everyone at the barn is friendly and helpful. Come and check this place out, you will be glad you did.
Great Training and Lessons
April helped me with a horse I purchased and helped me to really understand her. She was patient and very knowledgeable. My mare and I now have a lot of fun together and I will continue to take lessons from April in the future. Also, prices are great and she'll work with you if you can't afford it. Thanks!
Hunters Run Equestrian Center
I took 4 private lessons back in 2008 & I'm taking more this year. Angie & Colleen are fabulous teachers. I'm an old lady & a beginner, which I think is odd, but the teachers don't mind & neither do the horses! Cooper and Dante are so sweet & have great personalities. The place is well run & I definitely recommned Hunters Run for learning how to ride.
