I would have to say that Port Gardner Management is one of the best management companies out there. I rented a townhouse from them, and they were very easy to talk to, Eric was a real cool guy, and we even got our deposit back when we left, which most places like to keep and charge you extra for cleaning. I never had any problems with them, all of their staff is friendly, and very easy to work with.
